I started as a full-stack developer (ASP.NET, PHP, Node.js). That background is not a footnote. It shapes how I scope work, talk to engineers, and know when something is actually hard versus just poorly defined.
Over 10 years I moved through every layer of product: developer, Product Owner, Senior PM, Product Operations Manager. That path gave me range. I can run discovery, coach a team, fix a broken process, or go heads-down on a roadmap that actually reflects reality.
Accountability is not a value I list. It is how I operate. I own outcomes, not just outputs, and I expect the same from the teams I work with.
